Over a year ago, long before we were serious about a home purchase, she sat down with us and went over everything we needed to know about the , the process, what to look for, etc, despite us being some distance from a serious purchase. Over the next year, we were passively looking, but Zabrine was always quick to respond to any question we had about a type of sale or listing detail, and never once made us feel rushed or let us down. Finally, a full year later we found the right home for us and enlisted Zabrine's help for a highly competitive listing. She jumped into action right away, helping us arrange our documentation and assisting us with quick pre approval so that we could make a healthy offer. Within 36 hours of seeing the home, Z had us ready to make an offer that was right for us and still competitive in the circumstances.
