The health of our clients, prospective buyers of our sellers homes and our community are our top priority. With this in mind, The Capitol Z Homes Team has decided to cancel all open houses until further notice. Private agent showings will be permitted by appointment so that prospective buyers can view the homes in a safer environment with plenty of space and minimal interaction with others.
We have discussed the current situation with our agents and will make sure that we are preventing contact with others and adhearing to strict social distancing requirements. We will continue to practice all hygiene recommendations to decrease the spread of this virus. Our thoughts are with everyone effected by this. We know that our communities are strong and will come together and support each other through these uncertain times.
